CITY INFORMATION
Ulcinj is situated: 85 km from Tivat (the nearest airport), 95 km from Podgorica – the capital of Montenegro, 152 km from Dubrovnik (Croatia), 25 km from Bar (there is a ferry connection with Bari –Italy, as well as railway connection with Beograd – Serbia), 42 km from Sukobin – Albania.
Ulcinj is the town of a “stormy” past and the calm present. Placed on the rocks, like a ship, which sails into the sea, the old town has been challenging to waves during more than two and a half thousands years. Ulcinj is the only town in Montenegro, surrounded by the fertile plain. High quality fruits and vegetables are cultivated there. There are: the exotic Shasko Lake, called by the ornithologists „The Miniature Skadar Lake “, is rich with fish and water birds.Ulcinj is the most southern city of Montenegro. The local Mediterranean climate is characterized by the soft and short winter (average temperature of January 12,5 °с) and by the long warm summer, basically without the atmospherical precipitates. Average temperature of July 25,6 °C. The sun, which shins 11,5 hours during the day, is mollified by a pleasant wind, which blows from the sea. Ulcinj is a champion of Montenegro. It has 217 sunny days during the year! Warm water (above 26°С) guarantees bathing season from April till November.

The complex of "IBG Villas " is located on the coast (the first line), and less than 1000 m from the center of Ulcinj.
