Close proximity to the sea, lake and a river make this Golf course accessible from the Adriatic sea via Bojana river, and close proximity to the lake and river means pumping out the water can be done with ease for creating artificial lakes for Golf course.
Ease of access to the course itself and parking for deliveries and staff with minimal disruption to golf or clubhouse activities. Due to huge amount of land, maintenance facilities will be located on each end without disrupting golf course activities, thus saving incredible amount of time in transit.
